Community and drinks
We always finish with a drink – beer, non-alcoholic or water, entirely your choice. But the real value is the community. Here you'll find friends for life.
Completely free
All running with MRC Malmö is free. No fees, no hidden costs. You only pay for your own beer.
Multiple groups
"Ghost vision style" runs at 5:45/km, a mid-level group around 6:00/km, and "Malmö i love you" keeps to 6:30/km. Often three groups – everyone finds their level.
Copenhagen monthly
The first Saturday each month we head to Copenhagen to run with the mother club. First beer is always free!
Central meeting spots
We meet at Möllevångstorget and in Folkets Park — cozy spots where beer, non-alcoholic and other alternatives await afterwards.
No one left behind
Our most important rule: "No one is left behind". We run together and always finish together.

Social running in Malmö with Mikkeller Running Club
MRC Malmö is the local chapter of Mikkeller Running Club – a global community that combines the joy of running with social togetherness. We meet regularly to run together and then socialize.
We run all year round in Malmö – in summer from Mikkeller Moriskan's Garden in Folkets Park on both Wednesdays and Saturdays. In winter it's Ramen to Bíiru at Möllevångstorget on Wednesdays and Hylliebryggeriet on Saturdays. Everyone is welcome regardless of pace, experience or age.

Print on your own garment
Stik — 100 kr per print
Got a favourite garment you want the MRC badge on? Head to Stik t-shirt tryck & reklam at Kronborgsvägen 8 in Malmö. For 100 kr per single-colour print, they'll put a logo straight onto your garment — quick, local, and good.
Make sure to wash your garment properly before bringing it to the printer — all sweat must go. Skip the fabric softener and pour 2 tbsp of white vinegar into the softener compartment instead. It removes residue just as effectively, is more eco-friendly, and won't damage the fabric.
